Hetzner didn't get a response from me, so the abuse report was marked for manual review and shortly after that I got an email saying our IP was getting blocked. A support ticket explaining the Situation has already been submitted. Knowing Hetzner, this should be resolved in 2-3 hours. Backups are still happening and are still being uploaded off-site daily. For some reason, the script stopped sending out Heartbeats. The cause of this is unknown.
